(1) Advantages of Ball joint pin
Characteristics: 40cr alloy structural steel, with super strong tensile strength, yield strength, and hardenability. Used for more important quenched and tempered parts, such as parts working under alternating loads, medium speed and medium load parts. After surface quenching, it can be used as parts with high load and wear resistance, and can be used for large impact, such as gears, sleeves, shafts, crankshafts, and pins.
Comparison: The commonly used steels on the market are 20 # and 45 #, which have poor wear resistance and lower tensile strength and yield strength compared to 40cr.
(2) Advantages of ball joint sleeve
Characteristics: Delrin 500P material is known for its high strength, high stiffness, good toughness, low creep and wear resistance, and good chemical stability. Due to its large molecular weight and high crystallinity, its physical and mechanical properties are excellent, with a mechanical strength 1.5 times higher than that of general nylon, surpassing commonly used engineering plastics.
Comparison: Nylon and plastic products are mostly used on the market, with a contact area of 40% -60%, poor wear resistance, low smoothness, and easy wear.
(3) Advantages of tightening nuts
Characteristics: High carbon steel and alloy steel are selected as raw materials for nuts. After tempering, the Rockwell hardness is HRC23-34 degrees, with super strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
Comparison: Common nuts on the market are generally not quenched and tempered, resulting in surface coating peeling, oxidation, and thread biting (grade 2 or 5 low-carbon alloy steel).

Features: Made of high-quality
Q-235 alloy steel. The surface has been electroplated and can withstand salt spray testing for more than 72 hours without rust or corrosion.
(5) Advantages of dust boot
Features: Made by vulcanization of chloroprene rubber imported from Japan. It has super strong corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and medium resistance (tested in the test chamber for more than 200 hours without significant changes). It can withstand high and low temperatures and work continuously in environments with high temperatures of 80 ℃ and low temperatures of 60 ℃.
Comparison: The commonly used dust cover material on the market is domestically produced chloroprene rubber. Its performance is inferior to imported chloroprene rubber (corrosion, oxidation and other phenomena occur after 100 hours of testing in the test chamber)
Cracks and aging occur at high temperatures of only 50 ℃ and low temperatures of -20 ℃.
(6) Advantages of grease
Features: there are choices for greases: Shell oil and fat from Korea, Japanese grease, and Feitian oil. These lubricating greases are specifically designed for automotive ball joints. It is a versatile, high-quality, and widely used product. Under harsh environmental conditions, its oxidation (acidity), heat resistance, low-temperature characteristics, lubricity, water resistance, rust prevention, etc. are all excellent, and it supplies designated special lubricants to multiple vehicle manufacturers (such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc.
Comparison: Domestic lubricating grease used on the market gradually becomes thinner at high temperatures of 40 ℃ and crystallizes at low temperatures of 30 ℃. Its lubrication effect is worse than imported grease, with increased friction and shortened product lifespan.
(7) Constant temperature storage of rubber material
Constant temperature storage of rubber materials: The constant temperature storage conditions for rubber materials are 5-28℃. Our company has a specially designed air-conditioned storage room for storing rubber materials.

The workpieces processed by this process are not easily oxidized or decarburized, and some workpieces can even be directly assembled and used after processing. 4. The hardened layer is deep, easy to control and operate, and easy to achieve mechanization and automation. 5. Flame surface heating quenching.
40Cr medium carbon quenched and tempered steel Changes in Metallurgical structure grade Metallurgical examination: 40Cr medium carbon quenched and tempered steel can achieve certain toughness, plasticity, and wear resistance after appropriate heat treatment. Normalization can promote tissue spheroidization and improve the cutting performance of blanks with a hardness less than 160HBS. Tempering at a temperature of 550~570 ℃ results in the best comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel. The transformation level of Metallurgical structure elements is as high as level 2 or above, and the structure particles are uniform and of moderate size.

Welding characteristics: Our independently developed inverter anti-interference welding automatic control system can automatically adjust the welding angle, ensure firm welding points, and withstand static tensile or compression tests of over 300mpa after balancing bar welding.
The static tensile or compression test of the original welding point can withstand a tensile force of 270-280 MPa.
(7) TOMOI Special Techniques-7
The external pull rod is connected to the internal thread using a six station automatic integrated equipment. The flat end face drilling, thread extrusion and other processes only require one clamping, avoiding the situation where the connection hole position is not concentric with the ball center caused by multiple clamping, achieving 100% concentricity.
If the outer pull rod is eccentric in connecting the inner thread, it will cause the ball pin to have an excessive swing angle on one side and an insufficient swing angle on the other side.
It will cause the ball pin to be forcefully pulled out of the ball seat and the steering wheel to malfunction.
(8) TOMOI Special Techniques-8
TOMOI has independently developed an automatic control system for riveting the inner pull rod ball pin seat.
Ensuring consistency in the closure of the ball seat and also ensuring consistency in the swing angle of the ball pin.
TOMOI’s designed swing angle is 1° larger than the original factory to prevent the neck of the ball pin from bending or breaking due to insufficient swing angle
