TOMOI use ISO 9001 as the frame basis of Quality System and apply the five tools of IATF 16949 to manage the production process, and establishes complete production chart and various operating standards from the internal aspects of IQC, PQC, FQC to the external aspects of SQA, with completed inspection standard process for implementing the control plan for controlling the various characteristics within production process, and setting up the equipment, tooling, control method and inspection frequency.

1. IQC warehouse inspection
According to the IATF16949 system requirements for IQC warehouse inspection:
(1) Metallurgical examination
(2) Coloring test
(3) Low temperature and high temperature resistance test
(4) Ozone resistant samples, etc And control the environmental pollution caused by heavy metals and other pollutants in raw materials

2. Inspection of machining process
According to the requirements of the IATF16949 system, the inspection of the machining process:
(1) Full size inspection, random inspection
(2) Tensile strength test
(3) Intelligent size detection
(4) Process characteristic control

3. External processing IQC inspection
According to the IATF16949 system requirements, IQC process inspection for external processing:
(1) Surface antioxidant test
(2) Product hardness testing
(3) Full inspection of surface appearance

4. Full inspection of the assembly process
According to the requirements of the IATF16949 system, the assembly process inspection:
(1) Product strength test
(2) Full inspection of product torque
(3) Full inspection of product surface appearance
(4) Product driving simulation test

5. OQC process inspection
According to the requirements of the IATF16949 system, the assembly process inspection:
(1) Full size inspection of products

Inspection test items

1.Raw material inspection

Quenching and tempering hardness test: After quenching and tempering, the product is subjected to hardness testing, and the Rockwell hardness reaches HRC20 degrees or above.

2.Finished product testing

■ Metallurgical examination: After the product is prepared, it is subjected to metallographic examination, and the Metallurgical grade must reach level 3 or above to be qualified.

■ Element transformation level 3 or above is considered qualified.

3.Electroplating:

The anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance can reach more than 72 hours in a salt spray testing machine (24 hours of salt spray testing is equivalent to 12 months of normal external environment).

4.Fatigue test:

The product swings continuously in the test chamber for 1.5 million times, and is simultaneously subjected to sediment and water spraying tests. After testing, the difference between the product torque and the initial torque is only within 12 month.

5.Product pull-out test:

The product can withstand a linear pull-out force of over 400MPa under static pull-out test.

Static bending test of ball pin: The ball pin can withstand a straight bending force of 300mpa under static bending test.

6.Dimension guarantee:

Anime precision measurement, roughness profiler and projector ensure that each process and each precision dimension meet the design requirements of the drawing.
