2.5S management
TOMOI actively promote Japan’s advanced 5S management concept, introduce advanced production technology from Japan, and forge cold metals with the spirit and enthusiasm of Japanese industry to strive for excellence. We insist on adopting the highest quality control standards and manufacturing processes to satisfy customers’ requirements, so it has been constantly improving its techniques, renewing equipment, working out more reasonable production plans to assure that all its products meet international quality standards.
5S management is popular and used by Japan which is based on five principles starting with “S”.
1.Seiri(=sort): separate necessary items from unnecessary. remove unnecessary items to improve the production site, increase work area, and improve work efficiency.
2.Seiton(=straighten): make a place for everything, and everything must have a proper place. Scientific and reasonable arrangement and placement of necessary items for quick access and improved work efficiency.
3.Seiso(=shine): Keep the workplace clean, remove garbage and dust, and maintain a good working environment
4.Seiketsu(=standardize): develop rules to repeat positive results. .It not only refers to the cleanliness of the physical environment, but also means continuous organization, rectification, and cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the environment.
5.Shitsuke(=sustain): maintain consistency and strive for continued improvement. Cultivate employees’ good habits, comply with rules and regulations, and improve overall literacy.
